Application Fields

Installation Guidelines
  1. Base Surface Preparation: For large-scale projects or soft base surfaces, reinforce the base with geotextile first to improve bearing capacity.
  2. Laying Sequence: Install the drainage net in the direction of water flow with the geogrid layer facing the backfill soil. Maintain 20cm longitudinal overlap and 15cm transverse overlap, ensuring overlap areas are properly compressed.
  3. Anchor Bolt Fixing: Secure with high-strength anchor bolts at 1m spacing. Use protective caps on bolt heads to prevent damage to the drainage net.
  4. Layered Backfilling: Backfill in layers of 30-50cm thickness, compacting each layer with a roller. Avoid direct heavy machinery contact with the drainage net to protect the mesh core.
During backfilling operations, ensure heavy machinery does not directly roll on the drainage net to prevent damage to the mesh core structure.
